These twins were as sweet as sugar! I enjoyed their session and it was so great seeing their mama’s again! I hope they are getting some rest! I cannot imagine having two newborns at one time! Though I do notice that newborns tend to do much better during a session. Maybe it’s because they are already adjusted to not being the only one, I’m not sure, but goodness, these two are adorable! What’s better than a boy and a girl filled with newborn sweetness! Check out this little peek!
Sweet babies are just piling into the studio right now! It is truly a baby boom! Please make sure you book your newborn sessions well BEFORE your baby is born! I’ve recently had to turn away quite a few people who tried to book sessions after their baby was born. The two week window of time that we like to get them into the studio is so small that it’s very likely that if you wait until after your baby is born that you will not get in!

I have SO much blogging to catch up on! Maternity sessions, newborns and lots of cuties! But I wanted to pop on to quickly share some from a session because the babies in this shoot will be born on Wednesday and I wanted their parents to get a quick peek before they get caught up in the whirlwind that they are about to get caught up in! Melinda and Jana came in for a maternity session and they were so much fun! They had me laughing during the whole shoot. I cannot believe how great Melinda looks at 38 weeks and pregnant with twins! I didn’t look that good pregnant with one baby! She’s amazing! And she can move around better than I can too! haha! Anyhow, Melinda and Jana are going to be great parents and I’m so happy they chose me to shoot their maternity and twin newborn session! I cannot wait to meet those little ones! Erica and Bill are expecting their first baby in just a couple of weeks! They came in for a maternity shoot and we had a ball! Erica had her hair and makeup perfectly done and brought tons of outfits and accessories, she really did a great job planning what she wanted to wear for her session! So did Bill! Poor guy, I kept insisting on no shirt and he had brought all sorts of cool clothes! LOL These two are so beautiful together as well as separately, can you imagine how beautiful their baby is going to be!?! Here is a peek from their session with some of my favorite shots!

We are booking the popular fall season NOW! Fall is always the most popular time for sessions and I always book my schedule right out! So if you’re thinking of doing a session in the months of September – December you need to book now! I hate saying no,but every year I find myself turning clients away who didn’t book early enough!!! All sessions must be shot by November 19th in order for prints to be in in time for the holidays! If you’re thinking about ordering some of our beautiful custom holiday cards with photos from your session on them (always a big hit) those orders must be in early enough to allow for turn around at the lab (10 days) and for you to send them out! We recommend all holiday card orders be in by November 10th at the latest!
If you are expecting a baby during the fall months, it’s highly recommended you book your newborn session now so that we know how many newborns will be on our schedule during these months and plan for them. If you do not book in advance, chances are you will not get on the schedule! Newborn sessions really need to be done within two weeks of birth to ensure those beautiful newborn sleeping, curled up poses! They’re only newborns once, don’t miss out! Make sure you book early to ensure you’ll get those beautiful images to cherish forever!

Wanted to share a beautiful new mama I had in the studio recently for her maternity session! She is expecting her first little one very soon! When you’re in those last weeks it sometimes feels like time stands still! Maternity sessions are a lot of fun and help to pass the time while you wait for that little one to make his/her big appearance! I usually recommend maternity sessions be done between 32-36 weeks while you’re still feeling good and the belly is nice and full! Here’s a little peek of Mama “S”.
Can’t wait to meet their little one! Babies are so beautiful and I love to photograph them!

I had another beautiful mama to be from Massachusetts in the studio recently for her maternity session! She’s planning on surprising her hubby with some beautiful photographs for Christmas! Shhhh…if you know him, don’t tell! We had a lot of fun shooting! I’ve known “K”for a very long time and haven’t seen her in a few years so I was very excited when she asked me to shoot her maternity photos! It was so fun to see you again “K”! I cannot tell you how happy these two are about the new little one who will soon be born into their family! When I tell you the Lenny smiled ear to ear non stop I kid you not! These two are walking on air, they are truly adorable! All the mom’s coming in to the studio lately have been so tiny. Caitlin has the tiniest baby bump I have ever seen! Here are a few from this past weekend’s session!

I had another beautiful mama in the studio this week! I’m going to be swimming in newborns pretty soon! Michelle wanted to do a surprise session so she can surprise daddy for Father’s Day with a beautiful portrait! I love that idea! It was so beautiful outside so we even took a few shots outside the studio! I wish we had time to do more! So, here is a sneak peek from her session! She’s another tiny one!
She’s so beautiful! I swear I’m almost jealous that I’m done having children…for like a minute and then I come back down to earth…lol! Seriously my pregnancies were always such a happy and exciting time in my life and I’m sure these mama’s are all feeling the same excitement and anticipation of bringing a new little bundle of sweetness into the world! A reminder to other mamas out there thinking about a maternity session, book your session early because my calendar fills up quickly! You want to have your session anytime between 32-36 weeks and if you wait too late I may not have an open time to schedule you.

I had such a fun afternoon with Betsy and Eric for their maternity session! They are such a fun couple and they are expecting twins! Betsy looks fabulous and she’s a yoga mama so she’s great at stretching those long arms and legs she has! They had me laughing today in the studio! Here’s a sneak peek from the session!
Such a fun couple! It was hard for me to limit what I blogged! Having a baby is an incredible experience, but twins is twice as incredible! Betsy at 28 weeks looks incredible! Keep up the great work, before you know it you’ll have those babies in your arms! I cannot wait to do the newborn session! I’m so excited!
